  • Why can’t I find an event on the website?

    Below are a few reasons or suggestions to help you with your search.

    • No performances are currently scheduled for Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, date, or artist you may have selected.
    • Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre will only list an event after all information is confirmed with artist management. Events are always listed in time to purchase tickets the day they are put on sale.
    • Check the proper spelling of the artist, band, or venue. All words must be spelled correctly.
    • Check to see you entered the proper Search Type and the corresponding artist, city, zip, or venue.
    • Make sure there is proper spacing between your words (i.e. John Hiatt, not johnhiatt)
    • Try a different search method. Search by city or zip instead of artist name or building name.
    • The event may not be officially promoted by Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre or AEG Live. You may want to try finding the event on the artist’s official website or AXS.com
  • How do I buy tickets?

    Online - Click the "Buy Tickets" link on the SHOW DETAILS page of the artist you would like to see.

    The Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre Box Office is currently closed.

  • What is Quick Pass?

    Your Quick Pass allows you to bypass the general entry line upon arrival to the venue. Simply ask our Guest Services team to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrances at the North and South Gates.

    *Note: Quick Pass requires a separate event ticket for entry. Each patron requires their own Quick Pass. *All QUICK PASSES are non-transferable.

    Quick Pass is NOT early entry and does NOT compete with artist-driven VIP programs. It is just first entry when doors open to the public, and allows purchasers to enter immediately if there is a large line to get in.

  • How do I purchase accessible seating?

    For accessible seating at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre follow the ACCESSIBLE SEATING link on the AXS page for the event you’d like to purchase.

    Accessible seating at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre is located in sections 101, 102, 103, 202 and 204, as well as throughout the lawn. Ticket limits set by the promoter/performer for each show will be applied to accessible seating areas as well.

  • What time zone is used for the show time and on sale time?

    All dates and times are local (Mountain). 

  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a concert calendar for events in my area?

    You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the concert calendar you receive.

  • How do I get directions to the show?

    Please visit our Directions page for detailed directions and a map.

  • Where is the seating chart for my upcoming event?

    Seating charts vary by event. The easiest place to see a seating chart is by visiting the event’s ticketing page on AXS.com. When you click “get tickets”, you will be able to see how seating is laid out for your specific event (even if it’s sold out, and even if you already have tickets.) If you have any more questions about your specific seats, please contact AXS Customer Support.

  • The show is this week and my tickets haven’t arrived, they’ve been lost, or they’ve been damaged. What can I do?

    Please call AXS, not Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, if you have these issues prior to the event. They have information to track your order and will recommend a solution. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at AXS here.

    For tickets purchased through artist fan clubs or other organizations, you should contact that organization directly for information.

  • What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

    All refunds are available at your point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets though AXS, please contact them to receive a refund or exchange for a postponed or cancelled event. Instructions for AXS regarding postponed and cancelled events are here.

  • Where can I find information on Private Boxes and other Premium Seat seating options?

  • Is there a way I can get info about traffic or weather the day of show?

    The Greenwood Village Police Department has a text message notification system for Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre. This system will text messages to subscribed concert goers regarding traffic updates and other special considerations (such as potential weather concerns) the day of the show.

    To enroll, just text FIDDLERS411 to 888777.

    You will receive any Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre related messages until you text "stop" in reply.

  • What is AXS Mobile ID and how does it work?

    AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the venue. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the venue with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the venue.

    How it works:

    1. Get the AXS app if you haven’t already (iOS or Android)
    2. Open the App and sign in to see your tickets
    3. Show the ticket in the App at the entrance and get them scanned to enter
    4. Enjoy the event!

  • Are accommodations available for nursing mothers?

    Fiddler's Green Amphitheater has partnered with UCHealth to provide guests with a Nursing Suite for a private comfortable place for nursing mothers. For access, please contact security to obtain the key code. The UCHealth Nursing Suite is located in the South Plaza.
